Welcome to PURA. By using our website, applying, booking a call, or enrolling, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. "PURA," "we," and "us" mean PURA Coaching.
PURA is 1:1 online fitness and nutrition coaching for women. Coaching includes a personalized training plan, flexible nutrition guidance, your plan in the Everfit app, regular check-ins, and coach support by message. You must be 18 or older.
Results come from following the plan, so you agree to be honest on your forms, tell us about injuries or health changes, and do your check-ins. You also agree to be respectful to our team and other clients.
Prices are shown before you pay. Coaching is a 6-month program, charged at enrollment either in full or on the payment plan offered at checkout. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every payment in the plan. Coaching ends after month 6 unless you choose to renew. We will never renew you automatically.
Coaching is a personalized, reserved-spot service, so all payments are final and non-refundable, and the 6-month program cannot be cancelled early. Coaching ends on your program end date unless you renew, so no cancellation is needed to stop after month 6.. If you have a medical situation that stops you from training, send a note from your provider and we will pause your coaching for up to 90 days and extend your end date. If we are unable to provide the coaching you paid for, we will make it right with an extension or a refund of the part we could not deliver. If you dispute a charge with your bank, we may share your enrollment records with our payment processor.

We never use your name, photos, or results publicly without your written permission.
We may update the site, the app, or the program. We may pause or end coaching if these Terms are broken or if we can no longer coach you safely. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the coaching program at issue. These Terms are governed by New York law.
